팀명의 유래는 BuIuD, Mat, Platina가 팀을 계획할 때 Mat는 MBP (MVP의 파생)을 제안하였다가 Platina가 BMP (비트맵 그래픽 파일의 확장자)로 제인하여 수용되었다. Bitmap의 로고는 디자인 스태프인 SeNo님께서 그려 주셨다.

커뮤니티[편집]

가입자들에 한하여 페이스북 메신저 그룹을 두었으며 가입 희망자들과 가입자들이 있는 디스코드 서버가 있다. Bitmap 산하 커뮤니티로는 Bitmap Contenders이 있다.

웹사이트[편집]

Raspberry Pi 2 Model B에 Raspbian 운엉체제를 사용하였다. php7.0, mariadb, apache2를 사용하고 있다. 비트맵 위키는 미디어위키 엔진이며 비트맵 사이트는 XpressEngine 기반의 Rhymix이다.
