Game Introduction
This game depicts future aspects of the developed metaverse through oneself and one's metaverse avatar. A puzzle game solved by utilizing the symmetrical movement of oneself and one's metaverse avatar.
Planning Intention
In the modern era where self-actualization through avatars has become a reality, many people are breaking away from their standardized self-identities and building multi-personas, commonly referred to as "sub-characters." In particular, an avatar in the virtual world is a character that represents the real "me" and, at the same time, can be seen as a visible form of my other self. However, some have raised concerns about the loss of self and confusion of self-identity caused by excessive immersion in fictional roles created by oneself. Accordingly, this work suggests the ambiguity between virtuality and reality in an immersive environment and the dark aspects of virtual world identification that can arise from it. OX signifies one's own judgment regarding one's subject between oneself and another self created by oneself. By providing intentional ignorance to the player within the game and using the irony of an unreliable narrator's production, it causes confusion about the subject and evokes the player's notions.
