A. Items Collected
- At Sign-up: Bitmap ID (Account name), Email address, Password, Country information.
- Automatically Collected During Service Use: IP address, Cookies, Service usage records, Device information (OS, hardware specifications), Gameplay statistics, and Achievements.
B. Collection Method
- Website registration, service usage, client execution, customer support inquiries, and partnership applications.
2. Purpose of Use
Bitmap uses the collected information for the following purposes:
- Service Provision: Game downloads, updates, cloud storage, statistics, and ranking services.
- Account Management: Identity verification, password reset, and prevention of unauthorized use or theft.
- Marketing and Notifications: Promotion of new game releases and customized event information (only with user consent).
3. Retention and Use Period
In principle, personal information is retained until the user withdraws from the service. However, if retention is required by relevant laws, the information will be stored for the period specified below:

5. User Rights and How to Exercise Them
Users can access or modify their personal information at any time and may request to withdraw from the service (revoke consent).
- Settings Change: Modifiable directly on the Bitmap ID Account Management page.
- Deletion Request: Send an email to Customer Support or the Personal Information Protection Officer.

Bitmap takes the following measures to securely protect your information:
- Password Encryption: User passwords are encrypted using one-way encryption so that no one but the user can access them.
- Security Measures: Operation of security systems and regular data backups to prevent hacking.
- Access Control: Minimizing the number of employees who handle personal information.
