Agreement to Terms
Please read the following Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Consent for Collection and Use of Personal Information, and Consent for Third-Party Provision of Personal Information before deciding whether to agree.

Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define the conditions and procedures for using the services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided by Bitmap Production (hereinafter referred to as "Bitmap"), the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and Bitmap, and other necessary matters.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:
- Member refers to a person who accesses the site, agrees to these Terms, provides personal information to register, and is authorized to use the services provided by Bitmap.
- Service Contract refers to all contracts concluded between Bitmap and a Member regarding the use of services, including these Terms.
- Member ID refers to a combination of characters selected by the Member and approved by Bitmap for identification and service use.
- Password refers to a combination of characters and numbers set by the Member to verify their identity.
- Operator refers to the person selected by Bitmap for the management and operation of the service.
- Withdrawal (Termination) refers to the termination of the service contract by either Bitmap or the Member.
- Terms not defined in paragraph 1 shall follow relevant laws and general commercial practices.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
- These Terms shall be disclosed through the Bitmap service and may be amended within a range that does not violate relevant regulations if reasonable grounds arise. The amended Terms shall take effect by being announced on the site or through other methods.
- Members must visit the site regularly to check for changes. Bitmap is not responsible for any damage caused by the Member's failure to recognize changes in the Terms.
- Members who do not agree to the amended Terms may request to withdraw (terminate) their membership.
Article 4 (Guidelines Outside the Terms)
- Bitmap may establish separate terms or regulations for specific services ("Service-Specific Guidelines"). In case of conflict, the Service-Specific Guidelines shall prevail.
- Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and other relevant laws.
Chapter 2: Formation and Termination of Service Contract
Article 5 (Formation of Service Contract)
- The service contract is formed when a person who wishes to become a member agrees to these Terms and Bitmap accepts the application.
- Consent is expressed by clicking the "Agree" button on the site at the time of application.
Article 6 (Issuance and Change of Member ID)
- Bitmap may issue a Member ID in accordance with the Terms and regulations.
- In principle, a Member ID cannot be changed. If a change is necessary for unavoidable reasons, the member must withdraw and re-register with the new ID.
- Withdrawn Member IDs cannot be reused permanently.
- If a Member ID is deemed inaccurate or unreasonable, Bitmap may change it at its discretion, with prior notice if necessary.
- The Member is responsible for managing their Member ID and Password. Bitmap is not liable for damages or unauthorized use by third parties resulting from negligent management.
- The Member is responsible for any consequences arising from the failure to update personal information provided during registration.
- Other matters regarding personal information management are governed by Service-Specific Guidelines.
Article 7 (Acceptance and Restriction of Application)
- In principle, Bitmap accepts applications in the order they are received, provided there are no business or technical obstacles.
- Bitmap may withhold acceptance if the application violates regulations.
- Bitmap may defer acceptance until the reason for restriction is resolved in the following cases:
- Lack of site equipment/capacity.
- Technical difficulties on the site.
- Other cases where acceptance is difficult due to reasons attributable to Bitmap.
- Bitmap may revoke acceptance if grounds in paragraph 2 are discovered after the registration process is complete.
- Personal information may be deleted from the system after the expiration of the personal information validity period. For those who do not select a period, it is automatically set to 2 years.
Article 8 (Protection and Use of Personal Information)
- Bitmap protects Member information in accordance with the "Personal Information Protection Act."
- Only the Member can view, modify, or delete their own personal information. Members must manage their passwords strictly and report any unauthorized use to Bitmap immediately. The Member is responsible for any consequences of failing to report such use.
- Bitmap will not disclose or distribute personal information to third parties without consent, except in the following cases:
- Requests from investigative agencies or other government agencies.
- Information protection duties, such as confirming misconduct or violations of laws/terms.
- Other cases required by law.
Chapter 3: Use of Service
Article 9 (Provision of Service)
- Service begins as soon as Bitmap accepts the application, though some services may start on a designated date.
- Services are provided 24/7 unless there are business or technical obstacles. Bitmap may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, or replacement, with prior notice.
- Bitmap may temporarily suspend all or part of the service without notice for urgent maintenance, equipment failure, traffic spikes, national emergencies, or power outages.
- Bitmap may suspend all or part of the service for operational needs (e.g., service reorganization) after prior notice.
Article 10 (Modification of Service)
- Bitmap may modify all or part of the services provided for operational or technical needs.
- In case of changes to content, usage, or hours, the reasons, content, and dates shall be announced on the site prior to the change.
- Bitmap may modify or stop free services as needed and does not provide compensation to members for such changes.
Article 11 (Restriction of Service Use)
- Bitmap may restrict service, reset accounts, or terminate the contract if a member violates Article 14 or the following:
- Registering false information or stealing another's ID/Password.
- Distributing vulgar, obscene, or defamatory content that violates public order and morals.
- Harassing, threatening, or causing continuous pain to other members.
- Altering Bitmap’s programs, hacking servers, or modifying site information without authorization.
- Reproducing service information for purposes other than personal use without consent.
- Impersonating staff or intentionally interfering with service operations.
- Requests for correction from public institutions (e.g., Korea Communications Standards Commission).
- Violating any laws or regulations set by Bitmap.
- Members may appeal restrictions through designated procedures; if the appeal is valid, service will be resumed immediately.
Chapter 4: Obligations and Responsibilities
Article 12 (Obligations of Bitmap)
- Bitmap shall ensure members can use the service starting from the requested date, barring special circumstances.
- Bitmap shall repair or restore facilities without delay in case of failure or loss to ensure stable service.
- Bitmap shall establish a security system for personal information and comply with the Privacy Policy.
- Bitmap shall process valid opinions or complaints from members immediately or notify them of the processing schedule.
- Bitmap is not responsible for service interruptions caused by reasons attributable to the member.
Article 13 (Obligations of Members)
- Members must provide accurate information when registering or updating details. False information voids all claims to rights.
- Members must comply with laws, these Terms, and notices. Actions that interfere with operations, damage Bitmap's reputation, or harm others are prohibited.
- Members must not allow third parties to use their ID/Password and must update information immediately if it changes.
- Members cannot engage in commercial activities using the service without prior consent. The member is liable for any damages Bitmap incurs due to such activities.
- Members cannot transfer or gift their service usage rights to others without explicit consent.
- Members cannot copy, translate, or publish information obtained through the service without prior consent.
- Members must not infringe on intellectual property or engage in the following:
- Unauthorized use of another’s ID.
- Criminal acts or related activities.
- Violating public morals or social order.
- Defamation or insults.
- Hacking or distributing viruses.
- Sending continuous advertising/spam against the recipient's will.
- Any action that hinders stable service operation.
Chapter 5: Compensation and Miscellaneous
Article 14 (Compensation for Damages)
Bitmap and the Member shall compensate the other party for damages caused by intentional misconduct or negligence regarding the service use.
Article 15 (Disclaimer)
- Bitmap is exempt from liability if it cannot provide service due to natural disasters, war, or other force majeure.
- Bitmap is exempt from liability for damages caused by mandatory maintenance, replacement, or construction of equipment.
- Bitmap is not responsible for damages caused by the member's computer errors or incorrect personal/email information.
- Bitmap is not responsible for the failure to achieve expected results or for damages caused by materials obtained through the service.
- Bitmap is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of information posted by members and has no obligation to intervene in disputes between members or third parties.
Article 16 (Jurisdiction)
In the event of a lawsuit regarding disputes arising from the use of this service, the court of competent jurisdiction shall be determined by relevant law.
Addendum
- These Terms and Conditions shall apply from January 03, 2026.
